Another kitchen in a school facility is at the Kindergarten in Blíževedly. Their kitchen uses a helpful assistant — the Retigo O611 combi oven.

They prepare about 110 meals daily, not only for their own children but also for two nearby municipalities. The cook we interviewed had never used a combi oven before but quickly adapted. What she appreciates most is the simple control and the ease of work the new machine brings.

Thanks to the Retigo combi, the kitchen was even able to increase the daily number of meals served.
