What are the results of cooking with Retigo products?
► Excellent, everything runs smoothly. As a brewery and hotel, we cook both Czech and international cuisine — it’s about 50/50. During lunch service, we serve 200–300 portions. We cook a lot of pasta, lasagna, bone-in ham, etc., using sous-vide and overnight cooking. Working with combis is simply comfortable and easy.
What advantages do Retigo products bring to your kitchen?
► Ease of use and operation — everything is completely intuitive. Combis are precise, and you know the food will always come out great. We especially appreciate overnight cooking. If we’re short on time, we finish everything overnight. In the morning, it’s ready. One of my colleagues says the combis are just amazing. It’s a huge help compared to the conventional ovens we still have, although they barely get used anymore.

► Yes, mainly because of the easy-to-use controls — compared to other brands, anyone can understand how to use it.
